Entergy Arkansas leaders recently joined Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and U.S. Senator John Boozman for a tour of the Grand Prairie Irrigation District. The tour, part of the Governor’s October Farm Tour, showcased the construction of an onsite Entergy Arkansas substation.

Power has been restored to nearly all Entergy Arkansas customers impacted by this week’s storms. Since the peak outage count of 39,370 during the evening of Aug. 18, Entergy Arkansas has successfully restored power to 99% of customers impacted.

Crews are working around the clock to safely restore power after multiple rounds of severe weather caused outages. We’ve restored a total of 57,000 customers since the event(s), started about 3 p.m. on Friday. Currently, 4,579 customers remain without power.
Since the night of May 8, Entergy Arkansas has restored approximately 43,000 customer outages resulting from multiple storm fronts that moved through the state. Currently there are approximately 1,430 remaining customer outages.
Entergy Arkansas continues to make significant progress in restoring power to more than 21,000 customers impacted by last night's severe weather in the Hot Springs and Little Rock areas. Crews also stand ready to respond to any issues that may arise from severe weather moving through the state this evening.
