Considine and Cunningham Added to Landreaux's Lead Team

Entergy Arkansas President and CEO Laura Landreaux added two new members to her lead team. Michael Considine has been selected to serve as vice president of customer service for Entergy Arkansas. William Cunningham has been named director of finance.

"Meeting and even exceeding our customers' expectations has always been a part of who we are," said Landreaux. "We have a great team in place, and I'm fortunate to be able to add Michael and William to those I count on to help lead the effort to impress our customers in the days ahead."

Considine will oversee all customer service representatives throughout the state, as well as the customer service support department. To sharpen Entergy's focus on creating value for customers, the company created the new organization Considine will lead to focus exclusively on customer service. Cunningham is filling the position vacated when Landreaux was named President and CEO. He will oversee all the company's budget and financial matters.

Considine

Previously Considine was director of customer service and distribution operations for Entergy Arkansas' Central Region. Prior to that he was director of finance for Entergy Arkansas 2014-2017.

Considine began his utility career with Entergy Services in 2001 at the system operations center in Pine Bluff as a transmission business analyst. In 2003, he joined the rate design and analysis group in its Little Rock offices and spent six years in various roles with increasing responsibility supporting all of Entergy's regulated operating companies. In 2010, Considine was promoted to manager of regulatory accounting, leading a staff that was responsible for the preparation and support of all filings made before the state and federal regulatory bodies.

Considine holds a bachelor's degree in professional accountancy from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, has completed an executive program through the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and most recently completed a senior leadership development program in Colorado Springs.

Cunningham

After spending most of his career in Arkansas, Cunningham's most recent position was based in New Orleans as director of regulatory strategy for Entergy Corporation. He began his utility career in 2002 at Entergy Arkansas in Conway as a distribution engineer. He later held several engineering and customer service roles with Entergy Arkansas. Subsequent positions included supervisor of distribution dispatch, manager of distribution design for the Northwest Region and Northwest Region senior manager of customer service.

Cunningham holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Tech University in Atlanta, a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway Arkansas. Cunningham is a registered professional engineer in Arkansas.
