Entergy New Orleans welcomes new customer service members

Sherri Branson, currently supporting our Canal Customer Care Center, has been named Customer Service Specialist for Entergy New Orleans. In this role, Sherri will support customers with escalated billing issues, usage concerns, payment extensions as well as financial assistance.  Sherri has been with the company for 22 years and has extensive knowledge on handling customer issues. We look forward to her joining our team and making positive customer impacts.

Barry Banquer, currently supporting Gas Work Management, has been named Customer Service Manager for Entergy New Orleans. In this role, Barry will be responsible for handling all issues escalated from Council District A, residential customer concerns, and handle several managed accounts including Hospitals, the Audubon Institute, and the Ernest N Morial Convention Center. Barry has been with Entergy for 16 years and has supported Customer Service in various areas.
