As summer high temperatures continue to increase energy usage, Entergy Louisiana is taking action to help customers save money and manage their utility bills.

Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) is expected to receive approximately $380,000 in cash incentives from Energy Smart, Entergy New Orleans’ energy efficiency program, for implementing a series of energy-saving upgrades across its campus.

For the third consecutive year, Entergy served as the presenting sponsor of the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity’s (NOAHH) 3RD Annual Pride Build. Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their summer energy bills can apply now for up to $475 through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) on a first come, first served basis.

Located in downtown Brandon near I-20, the company’s $350,000 fast charging station will serve both residents and EV drivers passing through on I-20 and nearby I-55.
