For the third consecutive year, Entergy served as the presenting sponsor of the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity’s (NOAHH) 3RD Annual Pride Build. The event brought together local members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies to construct a home for an inspiring family in the Lower Ninth Ward neighborhood.
As hot summer temperatures return throughout the state, Entergy Arkansas is taking action to help customers save money and manage their utility bills. For our customers in the Little Rock area, we will be hosting an in-person event on July 18, in partnership with local community advocate organization The Watershed. The event will be 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 3701 Springer Boulevard in Little Rock.
Funds help nonprofit partners provide disaster relief and assistance with rebuilding and recovery.
United Way of Southeast Louisiana, or UWSELA, recently recognized Entergy as the leading company in their Top 10 Most Generous Workplaces for 2023-2024. This is the 10th year in a row Entergy has been recognized in the top 10 list.
For the ninth year, Entergy has been named a 2024 honoree of The Civic 50, Points of Light’s prestigious annual list that recognizes the top companies leading the way in employee volunteerism and community investment in the United States. Entergy was also recognized as this year’s Utilities Sector Leader for the second year in a row.

This summer was the hottest ever recorded, and in response to the extreme heat, Entergy launched its “Beat the Heat” program – aimed at implementing a series of measures to help vulnerable customers stay cool and safe this summer.
