Entergy Texas Kicks Off Super Tax Day on Super Bowl Weekend

Super Tax Day will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 4 in Willis at the Parent Support Center, located at 606 N. Campbell Street. In addition to tax preparation assistance, Entergy’s local community partners are also offering a number of programs designed to help families use tax refunds to increase savings and financial well-being. Programs such as financial coaching, budget workshops, healthy food and lifestyle choices are some of the many services offered at Super Tax Day.

New Year; New Tools for Entergy Customers

In February, Entergy Texas will be upgrading its customer care system to better serve its customers. This upgrade will provide customers new tools to better understand and manage energy usage. Due to this upgrade, all Entergy Texas customers will receive new account numbers starting on the February bill. Customers must use this new number with their payment.
