Work crews have successfully restored service to many Entergy customers who lost service due to a powerful winter storm that struck Arkansas and parts of Mississippi this week.

The winter storm continues to push through Arkansas, bringing a mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow. More than 14,000 customers are without power. The winter precipitation is making for dangerous travel situations, slowing restoration efforts.
Crews are ready to respond to power outages, but if your power goes out overnight, the outage map will not give an estimated restoration time until the storm passes and damage can be assessed.
